Who We Are, Adopting A Friend, Contact Us / Programs, Come Visit Us, Hours Of Operation
Angels for Animals is a non-profit, all volunteer organization serving Trumbull, Mahoning & Columbiana counties in Northeastern Ohio and Lawrence & Mercer counties in Western, PA. During their nearly twelve years of existence over 17,000 dogs and cats have been spayed or neutered, resulting in a significant impact to our community.
The continuing work of Angels for Animals involves:
- Education of people on the responsibility of pet ownership
- Housing of animals until an appropriate owner is found
- Low cost spay/neuter programs
- Proper medical treatment administered through local veterinarians
Each year Angels for Animals conducts more than 100 educational presentations and adopts out more than 1,000 dogs and cats. They also arrange for low-cost spays and neuters for private pet owners by local veterinarians and answer many calls from the public about their own pets.
Shelter animals are available for adoption for an affordable fee (to cover in part the money spent on each animal's medical expenses).

If the return is within a two week period you will receive a refund of all but the $20.00 deposit, thereafter there is no refund.
Angels will from time to time do check-ups on our animals that have been homed to make sure the owners are living up to our contract and that the animals are healthy and happy. These check-ups include phone calls and/or home visits.
